Hatha Yoga

  • Participated in national yoga competition in India, 8 times and secured 2nd place, twice

  • In 2013, got international open yoga championship award in Mysore

  • Participated in inter university yoga competition - 6 times

Experience in yoga

  • Stared yoga career in my childhood at the age 12 year

  • 2 years of study experience with Shri Sharath Jois

  • Taught yoga in different places like China, India, and Hong Kong for 10 years, and still teaching

  • Total 18 years of yoga experience
